We only ask for the details we need for the event. Bookings are non-refundable unless the Chamber cancels the event, but you can change who is attending at any time before the deadline — just update the names above. Anything else, email events@scc.org.uk.

What we collect. Names, company, meal choice, dietary and allergy notes, accessibility needs, and anything you add in the notes.
What we use it for. Catering, access on the day, place cards and the seating plan.
Who else sees it. We pass the guest list, meal choices, dietary and allergy notes and accessibility needs to The Landmark London and their catering team, so they can cater for you and get you safely into the room. Place cards are printed by us. Nobody else receives this information.
How long we keep it. We delete dietary and accessibility details after the event. The guest list is archived without them.
Your choices. Email events@scc.org.uk to correct anything, or to have your details removed. More in our privacy policy.
